Hilla Haddad Chmelnik
Former Director-General of the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology. She is an aerospace engineer from the Technion, master's degree in diplomacy and business administration, from Tel Aviv University as well as a master's in public policy and government, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as part of the "Cadets for Civil Service" program.

Hilla has a rich management experience. Her management positions began during her military service, as an officer in the Air Force, where she was a member of the Iron Dome system development team.

Following the completion of her military service, Hilla continued to serve the public in the Ministry of Transportation, where she served as head of the Israel Highways Administration and managed a budget of over 27 billion NIS. For the past two years, she served as the VP of Strategy and Innovation at Netivei Israel (old version - “Netivei Israel”).

A 30-year veteran of the Israeli Intelligence community, most recently as the commander of the IDF’s Unit 8200, responsible for cyber operations, collecting signal intelligence and code decryption. Previously headed the cryptanalysis center of Unit 8200 as well as overseeing the development and deployment of leading cybersecurity, big data and IoT capabilities. Co-founder of NASH Cybersecurity

A one-time member of elite Israeli army 8200 Unit, Itzik initially worked as an entrepreneur before becoming an investor. Itzik was a General Partner in Battery Ventures, and led investments in numerous companies such a Gong, Elastifile, Quantum Machines, GetYourGuide, Omio and MinuteMedia. Itzik currently works with VC firms Key1 Capital, Maple Capital and Quantum Pacific Ventures to lead investments in the Israeli hi tech ecosystem.
Ram Yonish
seasoned entrepreneur, with over two decades of expertise in the high-tech and startup domains. With a track record that includes establishing and successfully selling three companies, two of them in the cybersecurity landscape.
Prior to this, he was a co-founder and director of Startup Grind Tel Aviv, the local chapter of the world's largest entrepreneurial community.
Ram also served as VP of Sales and BizDev at Matrix-Global, a large Israeli systems integration company.Currently, Ram serves as the General Manager of Contrast Security Israel, where he assumes responsibility for tech partnerships and mergers & acquisitions in the EMEA region. Beyond his professional roles, Ram is an active participant in the Israeli Leadership Forum (ILF). He channels his entrepreneurial spirit into angel investments in early-stage deep tech startups and dedicates his time to assisting first-time entrepreneurs and mentoring initiatives like the TAU Dan Launchpad and ScienceMent entrepreneurship program.
