Former Director-General of the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology. She is an aerospace engineer from the Technion, master's degree in diplomacy and business administration, from Tel Aviv University as well as a master's in public policy and government, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as part of the "Cadets for Civil Service" program.
Hilla has a rich management experience. Her management positions began during her military service, as an officer in the Air Force, where she was a member of the Iron Dome system development team.
Following the completion of her military service, Hilla continued to serve the public in the Ministry of Transportation, where she served as head of the Israel Highways Administration and managed a budget of over 27 billion NIS. For the past two years, she served as the VP of Strategy and Innovation at Netivei Israel (old version - “Netivei Israel”).
